5. Consignment of handling of personal information

Beccaman is responsible for prohibition of processing of personal information other than for the purpose of performing entrusted work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, and compensation for damages in accordance with Article 25 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 when concluding a consignment contract.
